Hi, I’m Jen. I have a PhD in Bio-Engineering Sciences, am a certified nutritionist and personal trainer and published author.
Nutrition and exercise have always been my passion, and as a scientist I am deeply fascinated by how these affect our health. When I became pregnant I wanted to do everything in my power to have a healthy baby. I immersed myself in the science of nutrition and exercise during and after pregnancy and read countless studies. The conclusions were clear: maternal health plays a critical role in the development of the baby, pregnancy outcomes and recovery postpartum. It’s my ambition to support woman through all stages of motherhood in being the healthiest they can be.
